Students will focus on an innovation, business or person (i.e. an entrepreneur, software creator, researcher, whistleblower, or journalist) that has inspired, influenced or is related to their Masters projects.

Under the supervision of the professor, students will work independently in this online class to find, research and write story that has depth and analysis about an exemplar related to their Masters project. Each student will develop and present a story pitch, do in-depth research based on data and documents, conduct interviews and present a detailed story outline, all leading to a final explanatory story with multimedia elements. There will be assigned opportunities to engage in a professional discourse with your fellow students through the online discussion board
