Journalist Richard Foot will read from his book, Driven: How the Bathurst Tragedy Ignited a Crusade for Change, on Tuesday, 22 October 2013, 7.00 PM in the G Peter Wilson Room, 2nd Floor, Academic Building. After the reading, King’s journalism professor Stephen Kimber will ask questions and lead a discussion with the audience.

Richard Foot is a freelance writer for the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, CBC Radio, MacLean’s, and the Postmedia newspapers. He was formerly the Atlantic correspondent for the National Post and the Moncton bureau chief for the Telegraph Journal. His journalism has been nominated for three National Newspaper Awards, a National Magazine Award, and an Atlantic Journalism Award. He lives in Halifax.
