Elizabeth Grant joins the King’s community from New York by way of Saint John, New Brunswick. Upon completing her MA in Art Business at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York, Elizabeth worked for the auction house Sotheby’s and later joined the communications team for art gallery Lévy Gorvy, promoting the stories of the artists and exhibitions that form the gallery’s international programming.

With Fine Arts degrees from the Glasgow School of Art and NSCAD, Elizabeth spent five years in Berlin, Germany working primarily as an artist. Prior to moving to New York, Elizabeth learned the fundamentals of communications working at Saint John firm Bonfire. As a freelance writer, Elizabeth has published art criticism, and articles relating to social justice and cultural commentary. Her background in the visual arts has given her a solid foundation in problem solving, and in finding clear language to express complex ideas.
