King’s Athletics are pleased to offer online programming that provide vital physical and mental exercise to supplement your academic learning during COVID-19. Regardless of whether you are in residence, off campus or a student-athlete, we hope you will find several aspects of our programming that appeal to you.

King’s athletics is back to offering in-person yoga sessions until April 7, and by-appointment cardio and weight room bookings.

Guided Meditation

Meditation can be very helpful in addressing stress, whether positive or negative. It can also aid in reducing areas of anxiety and depression. This program is in provided to all students in conjunction with Dartmouth College. Topics include mindfulness, deep breathing and guided relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation exercises, soothing instrumental music and more.
