Regardless of whether you are in residence, off campus or a student-athlete, we hope you will find several aspects of our programming that appeal to you.

Meditation can be very helpful in addressing stress, whether positive or negative. It can also aid in reducing areas of anxiety and depression. This program is in provided to all students in conjunction with Dartmouth College. Topics include mindfulness, deep breathing and guided relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation exercises, soothing instrumental music and more.
We are excited to be offering weekly workouts for our students in conjunction with performance coach, Thomas Kochanoff. Come back every week for a new Wednesday workout!
