Self-Isolating in Residence

If you need to self isolate because you have tested positive for Covid-19, are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been identified as a close contact of a positive case, you must self-isolate in your room immediately and complete our online Residence Self-Isolation Form.

Our self-isolation form will connect you to the supports needed to complete your self-isolation period.

Once you have submitted a form, you will receive an automated email outlining information and resources specific to your self-isolation situation.

Our Senior Don will then reach out to check in, provide clarification and outline any additional steps required for your self-isolation period.
