The King’s Students’ Union, the Dean and Assistant Dean of Residence and King’s Athletics will present a week of events for students looking to find resources about mental health on campus and practice good mental health habits. All week long, there will be a table in Prince Hall where you can learn about resources and supports on campus. The KSU will be giving out self-care kits, and King’s Athletics have a campaign on social media.

Sunday, Feb. 3

12 – 6:30 p.m: Women’s Volleyball and Men’s and Women’s Basketball play in the King’s Gym. For these mental health awareness games , all proceeds from the door go to a local mental health charity.

Monday, Feb. 4

2:30 – 3:30 p.m: Come to the Manning Room to hang out with some therapy dogs.
7 p.m: King’s Peer supporters present Tacomentary: Tacos and a documentary in the Manning Room!

Tuesday, Feb. 5

9 p.m: Movie Night: Join us in the Dance Space for a screening of Concussion. Snacks provided!

Wednesday, Feb. 6

8 p.m: Board Games & Cards in the Manning Room, hosted by Patrol.

Thursday, Feb. 7

1:30 – 3 p.m: Dal Health Resources Presentation in the G. Peter Wilson Room.
7:30 p.m: The Dons host Arts & Crafts night in the Manning Room.
