11 a.m.–12:45 p.m. BBQ in the Quad (all are welcome)
1 p.m. Welcome Remarks on Library Steps
2 p.m. Parent/Supporters’ Panel Q&A in Prince Hall with Campus Leaders

→ Start in the Arts & Administration Building (main building to the right as you enter campus)

Sign your Residence Guidelines & Agreement - (A&A, outside Prince Hall) ALEX HALL/BAYS & ROOST RESIDENTS
Pick up your Residence room keys & DalCard - (A&A, outside Prince Hall)
Pick up your Academic gown & FYP (Foundation Year Program) handbook
→ Now head outdoors (through side doors)

Pick up your O-Week kit
→ Optional
5. BURSAR’S OFFICE (A&A, 2nd floor) Open 9 a.m.–1:45 p.m.
Pay your fall term fees at Student Accounts (due Sept. 16)
6. REGISTRAR’S OFFICE (A&A, 1st floor) Open 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Get help choosing your courses at the Registrar’s Office
7. FAMILY/SUPPORTERS “REST” ROOM (New Academic Building, 2nd floor) Open all day
