King's College Orchestra/Symphonic Wind Ensemble Auditions

The King’s College Orchestra and the new King’s Symphonic Wind Ensemble will be holding auditions from Sept. 8 – 10, 2011.

Based out of the University of King’s College, the KCO is an exciting ensemble that welcomes students and community members from all over Halifax. Rehearsals take place in Prince Hall from 8 – 10 pm every Monday night.

Lead by conductor Rod MacGillivray, the KSWE gives saxophonists, woodwinds, and brass players a chance to hone their skills and have fun while playing the some of the best of symphonic band repertoire. Rehearsals take place in Prince Hall from 8 – 10 pm every Thursday night.
