Evan King Evan King

Evan King is currently a Faculty Fellow in the Humanities and teaches in the Foundation Year Programme. After graduating from the University of King’s College with a BA in Classics (2010), Dr. King completed his MA in Classics at Dalhousie (2012), writing his thesis on Meister Eckhart, and in 2017 received his PhD in Divinity as a member of Clare College, Cambridge, with a dissertation on the thought and intellectual context of a contemporary 14th-century Dominican philosopher, Berthold of Moosburg. While researching in the UK, he supervised undergraduates in Theology and Religious Studies and in Philosophy. From 2016-2017, he was an Affiliated Lecturer in Divinity at Cambridge, and lectured on texts in ancient and medieval philosophical theology.
