Maria Khan Sarhadi completed her secondary school education from Peshawar, Pakistan, where she grew up. She was on a full scholarship, and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of King’s College and Dalhousie University in International development studies. She is a Junior don of Cochran Bay and likes to make connections with new people. She loves travelling and exploring Nova Scotia, cooking spicy food and playing games.
