BA (Victoria), MA (Waterloo), PhD Candidate (Dalhousie)
Originally from Nanaimo BC, Michelle Legassicke is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Political Science at Dalhousie University and a second-year Residence Don at King’s. She completed her BA in Political Science and History at the University of Victoria and her MA at the University of Waterloo. She also works as a Research Fellow at the Romeo Dallaire Child Soldiers Initiative. Her research focuses on mapping out the political structures of rebel groups and the responses of their respective governments. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, playing video games, camping and fishing.
