BA (SMU), BEd (Memorial), MLIS (Western)
Victoria Prostak grew up in Truro, Nova Scotia, and moved to Halifax to study English Literature and History at Saint Mary’s University. She then decided to venture to Newfoundland and Labrador, where she obtained a BEd from Memorial University. After supply teaching for a number of years, Victoria moved to Ontario and, soon thereafter, completed a Master of Library Science from Western University in London. For over a decade, Victoria has held the role of prospect researcher at non-profits in both Ontario and Nova Scotia, and has helped to build a strong donor base at each organization.
When not performing research for work or to sate her natural curiosity, Victoria loves to go on adventures with her camera, tend to her many plants, and snuggle up with a good book and her cats.
