Hannah Rittner (BAH ’11) earned her theatre stripes during four years and 12 KTS productions at King’s. With that experience as her base, Hannah has gone on to work as a production intern at the New York Fringe Festival and intern at Canadian Stage. She has also tried her hand at writing, and her feminist reimagining of The Cherry Orchard, "Estate", was performed at the Neptune Studio theatre in January 2013. Now Hannah will get to hone her writing talents further. She has been accepted into the MFA in dramatic writing program at New York University with a TISCH entrance scholarship worth $15,000. She leaves for New York in August.
