Dido has held many positions in the nonprofit sector, from administration to management, communications, outreach and bookkeeping. Most recently, she was executive director of Welcome Housing and Support Services in Halifax, a position she came to after a decade working as a program manager with the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada. She has also worked as a professional pastry chef. Dido is a graduate of Dalhousie with a BA (’92) in Philosophy, and also holds a diploma in Community Service Work. Her interests include improvisational comedy, storytelling and street photography.
