Karen Eull (she/her) is an award-winning lifestyle writer, editor and content strategist whose beats have included travel, food and beverage, cannabis, community, décor and entertainment. She has helped develop integrated content strategies for major brands such as LCBO, OCS, and Cineplex and created print, digital, social media and video content for CAA, Loblaw, Sotheby’s, The Home Depot, Proctor & Gamble and GEICO.
Karen’s work has appeared in leading Canadian media outlets, including Chatelaine, Glow, Today’s Parent, enRoute and Toronto Life. With a BFA from Concordia University, she began her career in fine arts and film, holding arts administration positions at The Art Gallery of Ontario, The McMichael Canadian Art Collection and OCAD.
An avid traveller, Karen has visited over 20 countries and lived in four Canadian provinces and one U.S. state. Her affinity for the arts and diverse experiences continue to shape her worldview. Today, Karen is thrilled to be part of the King’s community, working with staff, students, faculty and alumni to help foster a shared love of the humanities, journalism and writing.
