Entering Your Adult Era: Boundaries Workshop

Join Kendall Paul (BSW, RSWC, MSW) an Indigenous Mental Health Counsellor from the Mi’kmaw Native Friendship Centre to learn the basics on how to set boundaries, how to say “no”, and how to respectfully listen to someone who may set boundaries with you.

This is a great workshop for all students as learning how to set, and receive boundaries is a core life skill that can help reduce burnout, overwhelm and improve your relationship with yourself and others!
