Encaenia Event RSVP for Graduating Students

Please fill in the form below and indicate which events you and your guests will be attending for the 236th Encaenia.

Encaenia Event RSVP for Graduating Students

    Tickets required for all attendees. Dinner tickets available for purchase only until Friday, May 22. Graduands receive one complimentary ticket. Additional tickets are $30 each. Reception in the Wardroom 5:30–6:45 p.m. | Dinner in Prince Hall 6:45–8:45 p.m.

    Each graduate is guaranteed 3 tickets to the ceremony. Tickets required for all guests; not required for the graduate.

    10:30–11:30 at the President's Lodge

Ticket Payment & Pickup Information

Students are guaranteed three guest tickets each to the ceremony.

All tickets are to be picked up at the A&A Reception Desk.

Payment for Dinner Tickets are to be made by credit or debit card at the A&A Reception Desk before tickets can be released.

A&A Reception Desk Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

MFA students may call the reception desk at 902-422-1271 to provide payment information.
