Ian Kenny, BA(Hons)’14, Program Coordinator for The John Adams Institute in Amsterdam, invites alumni from far and wide to listen to Miriam Toews, BJ’91, DCL’10, speak On Film and Literature, as well as her latest novel Fight Night, her literary career and what it is like having her novels adapted to film.
Toews is an award-winning author of nine books, including Women Talking, which won an Oscar at the 2023 Academy Awards for best adapted screenplay.
