Big Night 2024 is just around the corner! On the evening of March 20th in Prince Hall, King’s students, staff and faculty will be sharing their talents on stage through music, poetry, dance and art. Our committee and performers have been working hard to create an awesome show this year and we’re so excited for the community to come together again for this great event.

Tickets are required for entry. The ticket pick-up/purchase window is from Monday, March 11 to Sunday, March 17. Tickets can be found at the Prince Hall front desk.

Residence students and meal plan holders: You can pick up a ticket from Prince Hall. Your ticket price will be covered with a “swipe” from your meal plan, but it must be claimed at Prince Hall prior to the event during the ticket pick-up window.

Day Students: 50 tickets have been designated to Day Students and are available through the Day Students’ Society (DSS). See @daystudentssociety on Instagram or email for more information.

Staff, faculty and/or community members without a meal plan: tickets can be purchased for $19.22 (+ tax) at Prince Hall during the ticket pick-up window.

Dinner & Access to Prince Hall

On the date of Big Night (March 20), Prince Hall will close at 2 p.m. for event preparations. There will be no food service available at this time.

A reminder that a ticket is required to attend Big Night, which includes dinner. Similarly to Formal Meal, if you do not wish to attend the event, or tickets are sold out, you must make other arrangements for your dinner outside of Prince Hall. King’s students who have remaining Dining Dollars left on their meal plan can use them at the following locations within the Dalhousie Student Union Building: Tim Hortons, Bento, Booster Juice and Mezza Lebanese Kitchen. Residence students can also plan to use the communal kitchens in residence.

We can’t wait to come together and celebrate the many talents of our community at this wonderful end-of-term event!
