The King’s Theatrical Society presents

Crimes of the Heart

Directed by Katrina Jones and Ellen Zagar

In Hazlehurst Mississippi, 1974, the three Magrath sisters reunite in their childhood home. The youngest of which has inexplicably shot her husband. What reason could she possibly have to shoot the richest and most powerful man in all of Hazlehurst? How did her elder sister really lose her “Lonely Hearts of the South” beloved? Why did her sister Meg not come home for Christmas, and how is her singing career out in California going anyways? Why did their mother kill that old yellow cat all those years ago? Which sister is truly guilty of these crimes of the heart?
