JD (Dalhousie) (in progress)
Hi, King’s students! My name is Gabriel (he/him) and I’m a third-year pre-law student at King’s! I’ve been lucky enough to stay in King’s residence while at school and I’m so excited to be returning as a Junior Don!
As an introverted first-year King’s student moving across the country, having an amazing community of fellow students and the support of the university Dons was invaluable for me. My amazing Don in Alexandra Hall provided a sense of community and reliability, allowing a steady foundation for me to leap into both academic and social university life.
Beginning at university and charting your academic path is difficult, and I want to ensure that new and returning students have people they can talk to regarding their academic, interpersonal and mental health concerns. It’s tough being a university student, and students need to be able to work in a school environment where they feel supported and safe. I’m looking forward to starting to meet new students, and I can’t wait for you all to have an unforgettable time in the King’s dormitory!
