Do you have a story to tell about your military service or what came after? Join us online on November 5 as Lynne Patterson, Pietra Shirley and Peter Winfield, graduates of King’s MFA in Creative Nonfiction program, describe their books-in-progress, why they pursued a graduate degree, and how the King’s MFA helped them to develop and write their memoirs. Joining the panel will be Kelly S. Thompson, author of the acclaimed memoir Girls Need Not Apply: Field Notes From The Forces and a mentor in King’s MFA program.

Hosted by Dean Jobb, Inglis Professor and Creative Nonfiction Cohort Director.

Please register below and we will email you the Zoom link closer to the event.
