Madison Dever of Quispamsis, N.B. signs for Women's Volleyball

Campus closed for holidays: The King's campus is closed from end of day December 20 to January 2.

King’s women’s volleyball has finalized the signing of Madison Dever of Quispamsis, N.B.

A five-foot 11-inches tall middle, Dever currently attends Kennebecasis Valley High School, serving as a key member of the Knights’s varsity volleyball team and being named MVP in her most recent season. Having spent the last five club seasons with Timberwolves Volleyball Club based out of Saint John, Dever has received numerous accolades, including being named Most Improved in her U15 season, and stints with Team New Brunswick and the Provincial Excellence Program.

“I chose King’s because I really like the community [here], and the atmosphere of the volleyball team,” says Dever. “I am looking forward to playing post-secondary and learning new things from Coach Shannon. Halifax is a beautiful city and I am really excited to be able to live, go to school and play volleyball there!”

Once at King’s, Dever plans on studying in the Bachelor of Science program.
