Ash Jansen Ash Jansen

BA (Acadia)

Ash (she/her) is very excited to be a Don on the fourth floor of Alex Hall. She graduated from Acadia University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in kinesiology. Since graduating, she has delved into the world of personality psychology and has learned about the various personality types to learn more about herself and others. Passionate about how exercise and mindfulness plays a role in our mental health, she also completed her yoga teacher training in 2019 and has been teaching for almost 10 years.

As the newly appointed Programming & Community Engagement Coordinator, Ash is thrilled to be able to work with students and staff to create fun and informative events. Ash has plenty of hobbies and interests which she hopes to bring to her role as the PCEC as well. These include but are not limited to: roller skating, reading, writing, weight lifting, running, knitting, playing guitar, songwriting and very recently, playing dungeons and dragons. She also always loves learning new hobbies.
