Peggy MacIsaac Peggy MacIsaac

Peggy grew up in scenic Corner Brook, Newfoundland in a large family. She moved to Ontario shortly after graduation from the Business Administration Program at the College of North Atlantic in Corner Brook. She started out working for a small accounting firm where she learned many aspects of both personal, small business and corporate accounting. From there Peggy went to work for a non-profit organization whose purpose is to enhance employment opportunities in their community. Although she held a few different roles with them, most of her years were spent as the Accounting Clerk/Administrator. She has three grown, beautiful children who were raised in the small farming town of Alliston, Ontario. Peggy left Ontario in 2013 to move closer to home and worked for a trucking company as the Accounts Payable Coordinator until her husband was posted back to Halifax. Peggy started a temporary position with the University of King’s College in 2017 filling the Accounts Payable position for a couple of months, she returned to this position in 2019 in a contract for two years and has, very happily, returned to a full-time permanent position here at King’s.
