Stephanie graduated from the University of King’s College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Journalism Honors degree. Since then, she has navigated through diverse roles in online magazines, television newsrooms, and marketing agencies. Her work has seen her writing about pop stars, crafting marketing strategies for large pharmaceutical companies, creating clever radio scripts, and envisioning large-scale creative brand campaigns.
Stephanie is a lifelong learner, continually seeking to expand her knowledge and skills. She is an alumna of Seth Godin’s altMBA program, a global leadership and management workshop designed for high-performing individuals who want to level up and lead. She also attended a Video Storytelling Workshop at KDMC Berkley, University of California, Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, where she honed her skills in visual narrative. Additionally, she participated in a Literary Arts – Writing With Style – Narrative, Literary Arts program at The Banff Centre, further refining her storytelling abilities.
Her latest passion is exploring the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential impact on day-to-day marketing activities. She is currently immersing herself in research for a paper on this very subject for Destination Canada. Her forward-thinking approach and dedication to staying on the cutting edge of industry trends make her an invaluable asset to the VERB team and the broader marketing community.
