Susan MacDonald was born in Wales and her family immigrated to Canada when she was a toddler. She has lived in Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
Susan has more than 30 years experience working for senior management in various industries and sectors including Maritime Life Insurance, Clearwater Seafoods (publicly traded company now a private company) and Research NS. She also has a background in sales, customer service, training and supervisory roles.
She has one daughter, Allison, and a cat. And she loves gardening, shopping and beaching.
