All workshop fees are due upon registration.
Please let the administrator know if you require a different payment schedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
To cancel your workshop registration, please contact the Department Administrator by July 3, 2026.
A full refund will be provided if you withdraw before the first workshop class.
After the first session, refunds will be pro-rated according to when you withdraw, up to 50% of the total cost of the course.
Insufficient enrollment:
If a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, registrants will be notified immediately and fees will be fully reimbursed. Final decision if a workshop is running will be made by July 3, 2026.
Postponement:
If a workshop is postponed, registrants will be notified immediately, and fees will be fully reimbursed. The workshop will be rescheduled for the first available date, and the cancellation periods for full and partial fee refunds will apply to the new start date.
