If you are interested in one of the limited number of bursaries available, please register by filling in the bursary application.

 


Registration fees

All workshop fees are due upon registration.

Signed cheques must be received by the Department Administrator by January 15, 2024 in order to secure a place in the workshop.

You may to drop off a cheque to the front desk in the A & A Building, or mail it to:

Cancelling your registration

To cancel your workshop registration, contact us at Dido.Devlin@ukings.ca.

We will provide a full refund of registration fees if you withdraw before the first workshop session.

After the first session, cancellation is pro-rated according to when you withdraw, up to 50% of the course’s completion.

 

Cancellation by the Writing and Publishing Department

Insufficient enrollment:

Should a workshop be cancelled as a result of low enrollment, registrants will be notified immediately and registration fees will be reimbursed in full. Final decision if a workshop is running will be made by January 26, 2024.

Postponement:

Should a workshop be postponed, registered individuals will be notified immediately and offered a full refund. The workshop will be rescheduled for the first available date, and subsequently, the cancellation periods pertaining to full and partial fee refunds will apply to the new start date.
