Now that you have submitted your admission application to King’s, there are several steps you can complete while you wait for your admission decision. Get in touch!
You can keep updated on your application status, including any missing supporting documents, by logging back into your application portal.
Admissions communications will be sent to you via the email address you provided on your application.

Official Transcripts and Supporting Materials:
Official transcripts or supporting materials that cannot be uploaded within your admissions application, should be emailed to admissions@ukings.ca or sent to:

Official transcripts are those that come directly from the issuing institution. Transcripts sent by the applicant won’t be considered official. It is highly encouraged that you have your school email your transcripts to prevent any delays in processing your application.
MyCreds/MesCertif, My eQuals or Digitary CORE:
If you are an applicant with a MyCreds/MesCertif, My eQuals or Digitary CORE account you can share your digital documents with us by selecting the 2nd Share option “Send my documents to a Registered Organization” and then select “University of King’s College” in the Recipient field. Helpful videos are available on the MyCreds site.
Application Fees:
It is highly encouraged that you pay your application fee at the same time you are submitting your online application. You can go back into your application portal and pay your application fee using a credit card.
Alternate Application Fee Payment Options:
Make all cheques/money orders out to the University of King’s College. Cheques/money orders can be sent to the following address:
