Upper-year students in residence

Are you looking for a place to live next year?

Generally, single and semi-private rooms are available for upper-year students who wish to live on campus at King’s for the academic year. North Pole Bay is a dedicated upper-year residence space, and additional upper-year rooms and floors are available across campus. Upper-year students who wish to request a specific roommate should indicate this on their residence application. Upper-year applicants who are waitlisted or apply late may be offered a double occupancy space and assigned a roommate if those are the only remaining spaces available. Priority for waitlisted applicants will be given to students who self-identify as belonging to an equity-deserving group on their residence application, followed by international students and then applicants in order of application date.
