Revoking Permission for a Photo or Video

Throughout the year, King’s documents and celebrates campus life and student achievements. If a King’s representative from the Advancement Office or Registrar’s Office captures your image individually, or as part of a group of fewer than five people, they will seek your written consent [PDF] before making the content public. King’s does not sell material to third parties and does not give use of this material to third parties, unless it is with King’s permission and exclusively for the promotion of King’s.

Should you wish to withdraw your permission for the use of your image in a specific photo or video, please complete the form below, or contact Elizabeth Grant, Associate Director, Communications, elizabeth.grant@ukings.ca, or another member of staff in the Advancement Office for assistance.
