Submit an event

Do you have an event you’d like listed on the website? We may be able to help you if your event:

  • features King’s faculty, staff or the alumni association
  • is hosted or sponsored by King’s
  • is a King’s student society event

Please note: Events must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. If your event is sooner than that, you can still submit it, but we cannot guarantee that we will have time to create an event page.

  • The minimum requirement for an event listing is a confirmed date and a title. You can also change the title at a later date after the event goes live.

  • Any information about the event you can provide, such as a bio of the featured person, a description of the organization or the topic will help your listing stand out. You can also can get in touch to edit or expand on this information after the event goes live.

  • Please include an image we can use in the event listing. Landscape images without text work best, so if you have an image you've used on a poster and/or the poster itself, upload it.
