Jeff Harper teaches photojournalism at the School of Journalism. Employed in the news business for over 10 years, Jeff Harper now works as a full-time photojournalist for Metro Halifax. Jeff became interested in photography after university and worked as a wedding photographer for a short time before starting a career in photojournalism. Jeff has worked as a staff photographer for the Halifax Daily News, the Chronicle Herald and freelanced for The Globe and Mail, The National Post, the Canadian Press, and Reuters. Jeff has also been working more recently in video, shooting ad campaigns for PEI tourism and working on the crew of Intervention Canada.
