An Evening with President Timothy Vine
Toronto alumni! The Alumni Association invites you to a special meet and greet at the Arts & Letters Club. King’s new President Dr. Tim Vine, Foundation Year Program Director Dr. Neil Robertson and Director of Journalism Fred Vallance-Jones will be on hand.
First, enjoy a short lecture, Classics as Cinema, by Neil Robertson. He’ll explore Christopher Nolan’s take on Homer’s classic and how these ancient stories are reimagined on screen, revealing enduring themes and lessons that connect the ancient world to our lives today.
Afterwards stay and meet Tim Vine, learn more about the new journalism program from Director of Journalism Fred Vallance-Jones. It will be a wonderful evening of sharing memories of the Quad but also looking forward to what King’s will become, thanks to wonderful alumni like you.
